A Periscoper is somebody who uses Periscope, the livestreaming app owned by Twitter, and does Scopes.
Sometimes, Periscopers talk to a live audience and share their thoughts. They respond to audience questions – which appear as text on the screen for all to see. They basically have a conversation with a group of people.
